Scope and acceptance
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. A service begins only after FAN confirms the task in writing and the client accepts the stated scope, price, timing, and conditions.
Client responsibilities
The client provides accurate instructions, lawful source materials, necessary permission, and timely feedback. The client must not ask FAN to misrepresent facts, bypass lawful requirements, or handle prohibited content.
Third-party work
Some tasks depend on suppliers, government offices, platforms, or other third parties. FAN will report agreed work and known progress but cannot guarantee a third party's response, approval, price, or performance.
Limits
FAN does not provide legal, tax, investment, medical, or regulated professional advice unless separately qualified and agreed. Certified translation, audits, certifications, and regulated services are outside standard requests.
Changes
Any change to the scope, deadline, materials, or travel requirements is reviewed before additional work or cost is added.
Communication
English communication is handled in writing, with translation support when needed. Response times and appointment availability are confirmed case by case.
