The inquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service, optional location, and the request you choose to provide. The site may also receive basic technical information needed to operate securely.
Why it is used
Information is used to review your request, reply to you, confirm a scope, deliver agreed work, and keep necessary business records. It is not sold.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, bank details, identity documents, medical information, or other highly sensitive materials through the inquiry form. If a task requires a document, FAN will explain a safer delivery method after accepting the inquiry.
Access and retention
Inquiries are stored in a private WordPress administration area and may be sent to a business email address. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, delivery, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask FAN to correct or remove an inquiry where applicable by using the contact page. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
Third-party services
Payment, email, hosting, analytics when added, and video platforms may process limited data under their own terms. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on this website.
